Measuring For MTO

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FEET FOR MTO SHOES

You’ll need:

 

  • To print the measuring guide PDF

  • The socks you will wear with your footwear

  • A pencil, pen or marker

  • A chair or someones help

  • Scissors

  • Tape

 

By yourself

  1. Once you have the PDF’s printed, cute the measuring tape from the measuring guide PDF and tape the PDF with the silouette down to the floor.

  2. Wear your socks to measure your feet.

  3. Sit on the paper with one foot firmly plante don the floor with your leg bent slightly forward so that your sin is just in front of your ankle.

  4. Trace the outline of your foot holding the pencil straight down.

  5. Once you’ve trace your feet, measure the lenght from the tip of your lingest toe to your heel with the measuting tape from the PDF. Write the measure down and repeat the process on your other foot.

  6. Measure the circumference of your foot at the heel, instep and ball with a paper measuring tape and write the numbers down (For an accurate measure, sit down and cross the leg of the foot to be measured over your other leg at the knee).

  7. Indicate your size of shoe or boot normally worn.

 

*If you have one foot slightly larger or wider tan the other write down the largest of these measurements to determine your show size..

 

 

With someone’s help

 

  1. Once you have the PDF’s printed, cute the measuring tape from the measuring guide PDF and tape the PDF with the silouette down to the floor.

  2. Wear your socks to measure your feet.

  3. Stand on the sheet of paper and distribute your weight evenly on both feet. Holding a pencil straight up and down, have someone else trace the outline each foot.

  4. Trace the outline of your foot holding the pencil upright and perpendicular to the paper.

  5. Once you’ve trace your feet, measure the lenght from the tip of your lingest toe to your heel with the measuting tape from the PDF. Write the measure down and repeat the process on your other foot.

  6. Measure the circumference of your foot at the heel, instep and ball with a paper measuring tape and write the numbers down (For an accurate measure, sit down and cross the leg of the foot to be measured over your other leg at the knee).

  7. Indicate your size of shoe or boot normally worn.
